This is a list of commonly asked question from the FAQ pages. They are there there to help you find your way around the site or to deal with issues at hand. The blue icon to side on the pull down box  has mouse over information as to when the site was last updated. Its size is proportional to how long ago the information  has been updated or added to - if you cannot see it then its been a long time!

Dog House Insider
This exciting new feature is split into the ‘Did you know?’ section and the ‘Dog&bone’ section. Both of these pull are randomly selected content which enables a wide variety of content to be covered each visit. Did you know? This outlines how to use some of the design features of the site and how to personalize your experience of the site and the other outlines content features – like what new in some section, things to buy up and coming events. On the right hand side there is also a Logon button that takes you the login page. Below that there is a top ten menu - one of many new lists.
FAQ
The Frequently Asked Questions subsite is there to help many users on the site. It is available in a number of languages and its content is growing all the time. It is aimed at using the site and not answering questions on SM Dog Training as that is in another section.

Site Map
The Doghouse is a pretty big site - one of the most common failings is finding your way around it and knowing where stuff is. This will only get more of a problem as the site grows.  Improving the navigation of the site is a high priority but this site have many thousands of pages and is not a simple dating sites that only needs profiles and messaging and a full database.

Subscriber Members and Guests and Visitors?
  • Visitors are those that have access the site without logging on. They get some pages and can get a feel for the site. Guests would have logged on and may or may not have a profile - they still have limited access to the site but are able to interact with it.

  • Subscriber Members are those that have paid and have unlimited access to the site and to all the restricted areas.
